DATA ENTRY OPERATOR | SECURITY OFFICER NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF PAKISTAN JOBS

 National Archives of Pakistan invites applications from the interested and eligible candidates to fill the following vacant posts on contract basis for the period of 03 years, for its development of project titled "Strengthening & Modernizing National Archives of Pakistan".

Security Officer PPS-6

1. 2nd Class or Grade "C" Master's Degree.
2. One-year post Qualification relevant experience.
3. Open Merit or age limit is 33.

Data Entry Operator PPS-05

1. 2nd Class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree in computer IT.
2. Must be proficient in typing with a speed of 40 wpm.
3. Must be proficient in M/S word, Excel etc. Must have knowledge of computer hardware and software.
4. Age limit is 30 or open merit.

Mender-cum-Binder

1. Intermediate.
2. Age limit is 30 or open merit.

Driver PPS-01

1. Matriculate with valid Driving License.
2. Total Posts is 03 and age limit is 30.

Terms And conditions

1. Applicants may apply online within 15 days from the date of publication of advertisement.
2. All above posts are on contract basis for the period of 03 years and no claim will be entertained for regularization on the part of selected candidates in future.
3. Age limit is inclusive of 05 years general age relaxation and further age relaxation will be granted as per Government applicable policy.
4. All appointments shall be made in accordance with the prevailing Recruitment Rules/Policy of the Federal Government.
5. General relaxation in age shall be advisable as per existing rules.
6. Age will be calculated with effect from the closing date of submitting applications.
7. Eligibility of candidates will be determined on the basis of his/her academic qualification as given against each post.
8. A candidate can apply for more than one post by applying online separately to each post.
9. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interviews.
10. Candidates shall present original documents along with set of attested copies of all the relevant documents at the time of interviews.
11. Incomplete applications/ applications received after due date shall not be entertained.
12. No TA/DA will be advisable for the purpose of test/interview.
13. Application submitted by hand will not be entertained.
14. The Department of National Archives of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole increase/decrease the number of vacancies at any stage without any assigning any reason.
