Online applications are invited for the following Project based positions purely on fixed pay / contract basis from suitable candidates (Male/Female), having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Merged Areas under ADP Project as per Project Policy of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, till the life of the project. All the information according to these posts is under:


Deputy Director BPS-18

  1. At least 2nd class degree of BS(CS) (4 Years)/BIT (Honors) / BS (Computer System Engineering / Software Engineering), MCS/M.SC in Computer Science or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Institution. GIS certification or Diploma will be a preferred.
  2. At least 07-years of professional experience in IT industry public or private sector (Preferably in public sector) Specifically in designing, development and managing state of art IT infrastructure and software Engineering and deployment, Knowledge of latest software / web engineering tools.


GIS Specialist (BPS-18)

  1. At least 2nd Class M.SC/MS (GIS) or equivalent from HEC recognized University with 3 years of relevant Experience.
  2. M.SC Computer Science/BCS/MCS/BIT/MIT, BS Computer System Engineering / Software Engineering / M.SC / BS in (Geography/Geology / Environmental Science / Disaster Management/ Urban & Regional Planning) with one year GIS Diploma from recognized institutions.
  3. At least 5 years of relevant Experience.

GIS ANALYST BPS-17

  1. At least 2nd class M.SC (GIS)/BS (GIS)/BS in Geomatics (GIS/RS) from HEC recognized University with 2 years of relevant GIS Experience.
  2. Sound knowledge on GPS and GIS related software will be preferred. M.SC Computer Science/BCS/MCS/BIT/MIT, BS (Computer System Engineering / Software Engineering) / M.SC/BS in (Geography / Geology / Environmental Sciences/Disaster Management / Urban & Regional Planning) with one year Post Graduate Diploma (GIS/RS) from recognized institutions.
  3. At least 3 years of relevant GIS Experience.

DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR BPS-17

  1. At least 2nd class degree of BSC (4 Years)/BCS (4 Years) / BIT (Honors) / BS (Computer System Engineering / Software Engineering), MCS/M.SC in Computer Science (16 years education) or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Institution.
  2. At least 05 years of experience in Spatial Database Designing and implementation and strong command on Store Procedures, Views, functions, indexing and other related.
  3. Strong hold on SQL SERVER Spatial Databases tool, Or any other open source database. Experience of converting shape file, KML and other GIS data to spatial database.
  4. Experience in configuration and management of Geo Server, open layer or any other related tools.
  5. Expertise in Postgres Database or any other relevant GIS database.

ASSISTANT BPS-16

  1. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Must be well versed with Computer MS Office, IT system and other computer Software's. At least MBA / M.Com or equivalent Degree from a Higher Education Commission recognized University.

Accountant (BPS-16)

  1. At least 3 years of experience in relevant field/area. Must possess required knowledge of public sector accounts and audit procedures, rules, regulations.
  2. Preference will be given to a candidate having experience of working in accounts department of public sector organization / institutions.

Computer Operator (BPS-16)

  1. At least 2nd class Bachelor Degree with one-year Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in relevant field, typing ability with a typing speed of more than 30 WPM.
  3. At least 2nd class Bachelor Degree in GIS or equivalent from HEC recognized University.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test.
  2. However detailed scrutiny will he carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will he disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
  3. Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
  4. Short listing will be based on the Screening lest conducted by ETEA as well as "Selection Criteria" duly notified in Project Policy of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  5. Only post qualification experience will he counted for the preparation of merit list.
  6. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
  7. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
  8. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
  9. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through- proper channel.
  10. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
  11. Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/reject any application with assigning reason.
  12. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
  13. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
  14. In progress certificates/degrees/programs will not be considered Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

  1. HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
  2. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed UBL/Easypaisa / Jazz Cash online deposit slip (having token number. Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
  3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (Non-refundable) in any branch of UBL Bank at UBL OMNI agent, Easypaisa App or agent, Jazz Cash App or agent.
  4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having agent's stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
  5. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/ documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
  6. Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 22nd March, 2023.
  7. Last date for submission of online Application is 06th April, 2023.
  8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
  9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
  10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.

NOTE/IMPORTANT

  1. Please keep your documents and passport size scanned picture (soft copy) with you at the time of online applies.
