National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) owns and operates two RLNG based Combined Cycle Power Plants i.e. 1223 MW and 1230 MW at Balloki, District Kasur and at Haveli Bahadur Shah, District Jhang, respectively. NPPMCL invites applications for recruitment of the following position. General Manager (Admin/HR): 01 Position
- MBA/Master's degree from local / foreign university recognized by HEC; specialization in HR will be preferred.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of strong experience in the field of Administration and Human Resource Management, including experience of at least 03 years directly reporting to the CEO/MD in organization(s) having at least verifiable 100 employees and holding verifiable asset base of RS. 5.00 billion or above.
- Must possess ability to lead, transform and resonate the company's values through strong leadership traits and behavior.
- Must possess experience public sector vendors & Experience of three added advantage.
